RTI activist alleges hill-grabbing near Powai, Mumbai

Part of a hill near upmarket Powai area of Mumbai has been grabbed by a builder for a residential project, a Right to Information (RTI) activist claimed Thursday. Police, however, said there seemed to be no substance in the complaint as the builder had necessary permissions. The hillock on Title Survey Number 101, survey no 38 (part) was found to be being demolished with earthmovers.
